In order to make an exchange you will be asked to fill out a form. This form will be sent by email/mail. Once we received this form we will contact you for details.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund.

You can return your puchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.  The products must be in the conditions you received them and in the original packaging.

Please keep in mind that WORN shoes will be not accepted under any circumstances.

This depends what type of fabric is the shoe made. We recomment to hand-wash them, oreferably in cold water, with light detergent.

Ombu shoes are hand-made and use a flexible and stretch fabric, trying the shoes on for the first time may not feel comfortable. BUT we strongly recommend that you choose your habitual shoe size ( for wide feet, please choose one size larger). Your toes shold touch the end of the shoe at first.

Thus, it is necessary to push your feet as far forward as possible, this will make them stretch (Do not worry if your toes do not reach the end).

Then after a minutes the shoes will stretch and take the form of the feet.

We can't refund your original shipping fees, but if we shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged in transit, we'll refund all your shipping charges no problem. (Don't forget to save your packing slip as your receipt.)

Customers are responsible for shipping all exchange /return back to our warehouse.

Gift Cards /Gift certificates/ Gift Pack are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. In case of stolen, lost or damage cards will not be replaced.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

• Contact us sales@ombulifestyle.com and let us know of your return so we can make it easier for you
• Send the items back to us in the original packaging (with canvas bag), and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition that was sent- unworn shoes.
• In order to process your return or exchange the customer must fully complete an exchange/return form. Please make sure all fields are completed.
• Once your return is received and inspected  (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account
• Please note we only accept returns/exchanges for shoes only purchased from ombulifestyle.com.  Shoes purchased from Amazon, Ebay or retail stores must be returned to same location.

EXCHANGE

• Call or send us an email to sales@ombulifestyle.com and place an order for the item you need to exchange the original for. We will then refund your account when we receive the original item.

REFUNDS

• Please allow 10-14 business days to process your return. Your refund will be processed based on how you placed your original order. Credit Card orders will see the credit on the card's next statement.
